Told mainly from Henry Kissinger’s point of view, this movie explores the sad betrayal of South Vietnam to the Communists by Kissinger while working in the Nixon administration. It shows his attempts to negotiate with Communist North Vietnam at the expense of the South in order to achieve a U.S. withdrawing at any price. These efforts led up to the 1973 Paris Peace Accords which in turn led to 1975 total Communist takeover of South Vietnam. |
