Details:

Everyone appreciates the value of a great teacher, and most agree that teachers are underpaid, undervalued and overworked. But over time it has become nearly impossible to fire a teacher in America, even, sometimes, when they have been removed from the classroom and are no longer teaching. In the short film ‘The Blame Game: Teachers Speak Out,’ teachers themselves discuss the profession and the consequences of rules that protect colleagues who are clearly not serving students. As part of a new series of short films on education reform called ‘TEACHED,’ ‘The Blame Game’ provides a hard-hitting insider’s view on issues that ultimately affect us all.
