Mulatto Beans is a comedy-drama short film. Inspired in true events, Mulatto Beans hides his real name to his daughter Ana Chics, she never stops asking him questions about his true identity. She struggles to make her dad understand that she wants to move out of the ghetto. The only friend she has is her faithful dog named Princess. Mulatto Beans acts as an African American and speaks the black slang used in South Central Los Angeles. Mulatto Beans and Ana Chics are best friends, but they know the line between a father and a daughter.
