Nestor Pancucule takes his son to an union meeting. He places him next to the stove and warns him not to touch the pipe. In his enthusiasm, the son breaks the pipe and ashes fill the room. Nestor spanks his son. When they get home, the boy sees the super intendant spanking Trinité Thélémaque. Trinité has an idea: kids should create a spanking union! They meet at night in a basement.
