LeFrak City, Queens: a deteriorating housing project run by small-time crooks and city townies, rejected by an ever-evolving world they don’t understand - and don’t care to. Plagued by conflicting reports of missing people, supernatural occurrences and alien noises, a misguided Roger looks to the stars for answers. Just on the verge of change, he wonders if there’s something otherworldly behind the rash of abductions; and something better beyond the walls of LeFrak City.
