Alleys (2013)

A once passionate love affair is ending. A lost man is being whispered back to life by those thoughts that will not leave him. We meet Victoria inside the alleys of Jim’s own mind as he tries to circumambulate the logic of her leaving. Over the last years of their relationship, Jim has become increasingly consumed by his impulse to create. He has delved deeper and deeper into the abyss of his own self and lost sight of all else in the process, including the woman who has walked the years, patient by his side. ‘Alleys’ is a short film that explores the power of the mind to both blind us to the world and guide us back to it through insight.
