A short film about a couple of park rangers on Hampstead Heath attending to the upkeep of the memorial benches. The benches provide an interesting dichotomy between life and death: they honour the deceased while considering the needs of the living. The park rangers embody the different sides of this equation, with the younger character Nick daydreaming about the messages while the older character Jim focuses on the job in hand. |
