Mark has a crush on his somewhat suspecting best friend Luis who lives next door. Both of them are not happy with their single parents: Mark with his mother who seems more interested in meeting new men; and Luis with his father who believes in old fashioned tough love. Because of their families dysfunctional dynamics the boys plan to run away to Mexico together with money Luis saved, but something unexpected changes the plan. |
