A young woman who is a suspected terrorist and whose application for asylum in Denmark has been rejected escapes from the police and hides aboard a boat owned by a farmer who lives on an island in Øresund. When he discovers her and learns from the television who she is, he gives her fresh clothes, breaks her handcuffs and tells her about his father who helped Jews on their way to Sweden during the war. |
