This is the Quantum Age. An age that now has forged the perfect Super-Soldier to Kill Super-Soldiers: Colt Stahl. He is the sole survivor of a QUANTUM SHOCK termination, leaving him with vast strength, speed, physical and mental reflexes that can can react to events before they happen.
