In a minimal enclosed setting, two women are wrestling, or play-fighting. An experimental, personal approach to the processes of relating to one another within space and time, through some twisting, bending, sliding, breathing, expanding, contracting…Women in their upbringing are typically instructed to constrain themselves in many ways. And so, they hardly ever allow themselves to explore their physicality in a free spirited way, to expand, interact and take the pleasure of learning their strengths and limitations in an active, inquisitive, playful manner. This film is a call for openness and celebration of female physical expression.
