I was completely underwhelmed. This could have been great, but it meanders and never strikes the intended chord. Poor acting that’s obviously acting makes the meandering storyline and dialogue even worse.

Sorry guys, this time i was being honest, And Piglet reads alot more reviews than i do so I know she knows whats up. But with this I wont comment on any of your guys posts again. sorry guys i know I was a asshole in the past and i apologize.
Not a fan of Eiza, since they usually type-cast her and she goes for it, but I adore ANYTHING Alien, so I’ll give it a go. I don’t mind [so called] low budget, as the negative reviews imply; but the budget was €10,000,000. Not sure how that applies since most movies are way over rated and way over budget due to stooopid salaries that only the saviours of the universe deserve. Nevertheless, I appreciate your input. I will hold out until I see it. Hopefully Aaron Paul can give us his acting chops and Eiza will drop the “I’m so sexy and I know it” role for good. I have a feeling she’s much better than that.
Your point is great, and I don’t think I’ve seen Eiza in anything but if I had, she didn’t have a lasting impression on me.
Her first real recognition as an actor in an English speaking movie was in the re-boot (series actuated adaptation) of From Dusk Till Dawn. She played Santánico Pandemonium from the movie. The issue is they placed far too much emphasis on a soap-opera style telling of her beauty, and not the horror of the fact that she is actually a very ugly vampire. She was also in 3 Body Problem. I got through both, but sadly disappointed in her flat affectation of every line. Thanks for alerting me to the reviews. I have my fingers crossed due to it being in the Alien Universe, but, well, you know how things are done these days. lol
Well there we have it… even if he tries Flying Lotus can’t make a coherent movie. Some great visuals and great soundtrack. Those Dead Space alien effects were great but by then i was half asleep. Tries to build atmosphere but unfolds way too slow and ultimately leads to nowhere near a good payoff. Real disappointment. But i loved that japanese Surgibot 3000 with its funny visuals.
