Tayla, is caught up in an abusive relationship. The last attack is enough to convince Tayla to get out of the situation, fleeing into the arms of a seductive lover. However, two months later, Tayla discovers she is pregnant and begins a full maternal journey of resentment and confusion. Tayla carries this through the labor and after the birth. The journey ends with a highly emotive scene portraying the undeniable bond that forms between mother and child. |
