Malaysian queer filmmaker Seok meets Kenyan disabled activist-scholar Faith during their graduate studies in U.S. Inspired by Seok’s own unlearning of her ableist practices through their friendship, she decides to capture these moments in a narrative film and invites Faith to be a collaborator. However, things start to fall apart when more and more tensions arise from the making of the film and as they both navigate their own trauma and healing. |
