William and Olive are two young Brazilians passionate about animation. After hearing about the first animated film produced in the country, they go to the National Library to collect information about Álvaro Marins’ “Kaiser”. However, they accidentally release the character from his century-old prison. Now they need to prevent him from destroying downtown Rio de Janeiro with his bellicose impetus.
