In 1987, Virginia left her five children in the Philippines to work in Hong Kong. Today, 30 years later, she lives in Norway, and she is still providing for her growing family in her homeland. In this film we meet three Filipino women. They all wanted to give their families and themselves a better life, but everything does not turn out the way they hoped. |
