At a time when Christian America is deeply divided over homosexuality and the Bible, there’s a new kind of spiritual leader on the block. Thanks to a recent rule change, lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people can now be ordained in the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) But first they must be hired, and attitudes are slow to change.
