Once a Marine, Always a Marine.
3 tours in A-Stan.
Lost a lot of friends.
Not a bad doc for showing the madness of war, the price that was paid and the weird transition back to POG life including dealing with addiction.
It should be said that these guys were all lucky enough to come back physically in one piece. Yeah they got the mental scars but that is the reality of war.
If you want to watch a really eye opening doc on the true cost of war and the fight AFTER you get home for a lot of combat vets, check out Homemade.
