Theater soloist Sasha and illuminator Kulik go fishing in a reserved place somewhere in the Russian outback. The forest around is so ancient that there are spirits - for example, Kikimora. Kikimora falls in love with the pretty and talented Sasha, who is used to manipulating women and trying to use her.
