A bland, so so script that barely held any oomph. However, cudos to the actors and director that did their best.
I knew this story was familiar , it looks to be a remake of a classic that’s based on a famous novel and has been redone as a movie about six times, most enjoyable as the plot thickens and the story unfolds. Fun to see how they redid the 1940 version i watched years ago. enjoy
