Diego is hospitalized because of a cardiovascular surgery which in turn caused him a cerebro-vascular accident. Hemi-paretic, unable to move any member of his left side, he passes the time watching “Batman Returns”. The omnipotence of his childhood superhero moves him, gives him the strength to go ahead and dream that he can move as if nothing had happened. After receiving the bad news from his mother Mary, he watchs the movie again and again, overnight. Full of vigor and faith, in a moment of reverie, Diego decides to escape from the clinic. |
