A bizarre string of fake snuff films is circulated through a small town video store. For Kelly, the store manager, it soon becomes clear that they are more than just movies and may in fact be real murders caught on tape. The horrifying tapes convince Kelly to find out who the next victim will be, even if it’s her. her troubled past re-surfaces when the people around her start to become suspects and eventually victims in these notorious snuff films.
