A small diverse group of vampires in Chicago are led by this 200 year old vampire Lares, who is struggling with an internal conflict. This conflict is a decision on whether or not to be human or to remain a vampire. He knows of a ritual which is forbidden in the supernatural world due to the consequences. Lares moves forward with the ritual, only to later regret this decision. This decision leaves him hurt, damaged and confused he has no one else to turn to except for an old friend, the Voodoo King of Chicago, Zuberi Laveau. Will the two of them be able to change him back and reverse the curse before it is too late?! |
