But you can’t be old without one.’ The drama of this story is viewed through the perspective of Johnny (Derek O’Sullivan) who is struggling to cope with life in contemporary Ireland. The global recession and lack of opportunities and money means he has to decide between Janeane (Aislinn Ní Uallacháin) the girl he loves or his dying father (Gerry Wade). Johnny has to confront his fears and emotions and make a final decision. |
