Vera Reveille is a tormented woman. With nowhere else to turn, she seeks help from her one-time ally and clinician, Dr. Matthews. In the office of Dr. Matthews, Vera pleads for help while Mykal Jonas, Dr. Matthews’ administrative assistant, runs his own black market dealings on the side. Meanwhile, his susceptible client, Jim, has a sinister agenda of his own. As a perceived threat, Vera is on the run from those who would hold her captive. But what exactly is she trying to escape - her past, her future, or her present? |
