THE GIRL, 25, is not having much luck with relationships. When forced to throw her current boyfriend out of the house she decides to take action and turns to a book, “The Secret to a Lasting Relationship”. Her interpretation of the “Law of Attraction” is that to manifest a boyfriend, she must act like she already has one, believing “make space, and the universe will fill it!”. Competition with a friend leads her to up the ante in her behavior. As she begins to take the whole thing far too seriously she blurs the lines between reality and her fantasy, seemingly paying the price with her own sanity. Will she be able to pull herself back from the brink? |
