Jake is a rising member of the Dragon Blood gang, who strives to one day lead the triad with his closest friends (Ray and Franky) to the top of New York City’s Chinese underworld. While out hanging with the boys, Jake falls for a beautiful young woman named Alissa, whom he wins over with his charm. As their relationship blossoms, Jake’s desire to leave the streets behind seems more apparent, but when the trio catches the attention of a rival triad gang leader after a botched robbery attempt puts the lives of Jake and Alissa in jeopardy. |
