CLOWN-TV brings children into a world where Professor Smart E. Pants runs a small television station with his young assistant Max. The morning program is the OOPSY & POOPSY show. They are twins ruled by their killer sweet tooth. The big budget show is TEATIME WITH TUTU. Tutu is a big bone girl (aka drag queen) who hosts a talk show. However between musical numbers and her self admiration, Tutu rarely has time for guests—though she does have a pink puppet French Poodle named Crepe Suzette that she forces everyone to kiss. The low budget late night show is THE NOSY SHOW hosted by Nosy who resents the admiration Tutu receives and is forced to pay for his own show himself by hawking his Nosy Pie—instant pie in a can, at every commercial break. The Polka Dots are an all girl group who sing, dance and do public service announcements. Oh, and everyone at CLOWN-TV is a clown. It’s all very wacky and maybe best described as television for children…and their gay uncles. |
