Life’s sweetest moments involve a bit of give and cake. Jack likes Jill. Really likes her. But he is ten and has trouble expressing his feelings. So he scares her awake,steals her toast and generally torments her. Pushed to her limits, she runs away from him. He doesn’t give up easily though and in a trip to the cake shop, he finds a way to be reconciled. Cupcake is a simple, tender coming of age story about ten year old Jack who must express his feelings and learn how to connect or else risk losing his friendship with Jill. |
