Celeste is a high-powered fashion magazine editor living in the not-too-distant future. Celeste is so abhorrent of her mother-in-law, that she goes as far as to hire an aspiring actress to play herself, so she can avoid attending a family weekend with her in-laws. She spares no expense to assure that her ‘clone’, Nicole, can take her place convincingly. What kind of person hires a clone to escape a family social engagement? Has Celeste done this before? Where do clones go after they’ve done their job? Answers to these questions, and more, are answered with awkward hilarity in this futuristic strange story of Celeste. |
