Maria, a Ukrainian doctor, comes to Portugal to spend a year in with her husband, also a doctor. She is approached by agents of the Immigration Services that take her to an interrogation room, without any explanation. All this occurs because the authorities have the suspicious that something illegal must be behind their trip, since she is from Eastern Europe and her husband is Senegalese. |
