Almost 20 years after the events in the classic Troll 2, Joshua Waits is grown up and living his life as anyone would expect. Unfortunately, his Grandpa Seth’s ghost still watches over him, trying at every turn to give Joshua bologna sandwiches, and generally being a bother minute by minute. Eventually, Joshua steps outside for some fresh air after a typical bad day. He then meets Wendy, an attractive girl whom he instantly falls for. This leads to the bedroom, where of course, Grandpa Seth feels it necessary to butt in at the worst time. Joshua says he has had it, and asks to be left alone. Grandpa Seth then disappears, and Joshua and Wendy continue with what they were doing. Wendy then says something to Joshua that makes him realize that she is a goblin in disguise, and has successfully ensnared him into being turned at last into goblin food. The movie ends with use of the green goo and popcorn from the original Troll 2. |
