Peterburg of the early XX century. A young man that suffers from a serious illness watches the tide of life through the window of his room. A beautiful stranger, which he sees every day, arises romantic feelings in the heart of the young poet. But our character can not take a step towards her! To give at least a few moments of happiness to her son, the Mother decides on a desperate move.
