Dave has been working for a suicide hotline for a while now giving people a second chance on life. Tonight he gets a phone call of a desperate man who was fired from his job and might go drinking and driving. Dave retells the young man on the phone the mistake he made 11 years ago with drinking and driving. After Dave recounts his tale of the death of his girlfriend and being put in jail for his stupid mistake he realized that the man on the other line is actually himself from 11 years ago. Dave (who’s real name is Jim) tries desperately to convince his former self to not drink and drive. Luckily his formal self listens and time is rewritten for the better. |
