Andrea is volunteering for the first time in her adult life with the campaign of her candidate. The night is going badly. The campaign is losing. The work is relentless and she is famished. Donna, the drill-sergeant campaign manager has barred the door until the place is dismantled and the janitor just trashed the few remaining cocktail pickles hoarded by Andrea’s man-child co-workers. Driven to find her precious ‘Green Sharpie’, Rae, a campaign veteran becomes Andrea’s accidental ally in the pursuit of food. Their missions intersect when Andrea submits to the ‘dark side’ and steals a co-workers bag lunch. |
