In 2019, crime statistics are at an all-time high. Police, in an attempt to lower crime statistics, provide criminals with a space where all crime is legal within the perimeters. However, if someone should be caught committing an offense outside of the boundaries, the penalties become much harsher. Once a month, a police officer must do an inspecting on the property, to either do an inventory check, or a body count. But on rookie cop Charlie Marshal’s first night on the job, he is sent into the property and ambushed by a group of squatting thugs with lethal intentions. The event causes a chain reacting affecting many individuals and changes the future of Australian crime.
