The planet Styrene, which once supported carbon-based life prior to rampant consumerism, is now a wasteland of styrene, which has reanimated itself. The planet has run out of its raw material, styrene, but their scientists have detected plenty of styrofoam on Earth. The leader on Styrene, Ro, obsessed with watching Earth’s television signals, plans to send Sgt. Cinnagen to Earth to retrieve styrofoam but is informed that the Earth is in environmental peril and they may have to change the carbon-based humans into diamonds before the humans destroy their own planet!
