Despite being with his girlfriend, when Angelo sees the girl of his dreams, he can’t help but get her number. Witnessing this, Angelo’s girlfriend attempts to burn the business card containing the girls phone number. Angelo is able to stop her, but not before the last digit of the number has all but sizzled away. He’s left with only the first 9 digits, an incomplete phone number. Desperate to find his dream girl, Angelo begins trying each possible variation of the number. But what seemed like a simple matter of trial and error didn’t turn out to be so simple after all, as Angelo’s search for his dream girl leads him to become interwined in a series of vignettes, intersecting each successive story at only the most inopportune of times. Mistaken identities and confusion arise, boiling down to a dramatic, yet hilarious ending.
