A vision is born in unconscious youth: in the beautiful play of lights, the fissile material has split: bodies seeking one another long to find themselves again. It is the infancy of imagination, the sensitive play of the ancient white and the ancient black, the spring of images, the first imprint. After a long period of time, this childlike game becomes engraved in stones, crystallises, just like the words of the prophets. The bodies searching for one another return to their own selves and get written about. “And he dreamed, and behold a ladder set up on the earth, and the top of it reached to heaven; and behold the angels of God ascending and descending on it” (Genesis, 28: 12)
