Reporter Mayo Hack discovers foul play in a “supposed accident” at the Earth Space institute,which kills its founder Ernst Lieberman. Hack shares his theory with Liebermans beautiful genius granddaughter Stephanie Studstill. She discovers that her grandfathers partner Dr. Adrian Dusault has created a mind and energy sapping creature who he plans to use to manipulate the President who is coming to town to tour the institute. Meanwhile her sister Sandra, a glamorous singer/TV personality is dating the mysterious secret service agent in town to advance the presidential visit.
