THE FLOOD is a short narrative film about Jeb, a seventy year-old man who lives in a shack in the high desert. Walking for miles each day Jeb waters a strangely shaped Joshua Tree plant. Jeb’s only contact with the outside world is Lori, a disturbed young woman who is being abused by her husband. Through helping Lori get out of her situation, Jeb is finally able to forgive himself for his past mistakes. |
