A film about a self build house in the former communist country of Lithuanian. Against the backdrop of rural poverty, just outside Kaunas, an ordinary family have embarked on building a house from nothing, a symbol of hope for the future. Before the house is completed, the patriarch dies and we are left wondering what will become of this man’s dream. |
