After losing his job as a bus driver, Harry Walker is left homeless. He sits on the cold city street begging for money. When he receives a few coins in his cup one day, he decides to spend it on a bus ride for old time’s sake. The bus driver reluctantly lets him on board, and the other passengers are repulsed by the dirty, smelly old man. At the end of the line most passengers leave the bus and new ones board, while Harry remains firmly in his seat. The driver steps out for a break, leaving his keys on the dashboard. Harry suddenly experiences an intense desire to steal the bus. Will he resist temptation or be taken for the ride of his life? |
