Bruce (Sean O’Connor) and his Wife Rachel (Shannon Claire) and Daughter Claire (Jordon Buckwell) decide to take a long awaited family holiday to the far north of New Zealand just out of Kaitaia. They stop at a small run down petrol station to full up with gas and freshen up. They run into Paul (Tonci Pivac) a friendly local who repairs a leak in the water pump of there car and tells them about a handy little short cut the family can take to knock off some travel time. It turns out taking that short cut was the worst thing Bruce could do to his family as the car breaks down they are towed to Pauls house by Pauls wife Jill (Emma Thorburn) and from there Terror unfolds for Bruce and his family as they are drawn into a demented game of cat and mouse.
