In June 1987, the day after my high school graduation, I went to photograph a Klan rally in my hometown of Chapel Hill, NC. The rally was a provocation because the town was know to be extremely liberal. I found the negatives this summer and scanned them with my iPhone. I shared them with friends, and this prompted someone to give me sound recordings from that day. we married the sound and pictures. |
