As the story unfolds, Edmund, a young inventor, creates a time machine. His plan is to travel into past in the hopes of finding stories to tell to his young friends dealing with a conflict; stories that will enable them to mend their relationships. He arrives in the middle ages and finds himself fighting for his life against a knight who takes him for a spy. |
