Shortly after arresting Yuvraj Raj Chelapathi (Nasser) for assaulting him, Inspector Raja Dorai (Arjun), himself, is arrested for sexually molesting a young woman in a train compartment. He is subsequently tried in Court, found guilty and sentenced to prison. After his discharge he finds employment as a night watchman in Bharat Nagar and comes to the rescue of its’ residents on many occasions. When Chela Dorai (Sarath Babu) introduces a Chit Fund in order to enable residents to invest in real estate, many people make their contributions, but soon find that both Chela and the money are missing. Raja takes it upon himself to locate Chela - without knowing who he and his partner really are.
