A young man, Danny, traverses a winter landscape to visit his father, Gino, who lives in isolation, in a small hut, in the deep woods. As his father welcomes him and tells him stories of the good old days, we see glimpses into the lives of Danny’s older brothers. The film chronicles the last day in an old man’s life, who lost his faith in the world, and his relationship with his three adult sons. |
