AREZOO, a 24-year-old theater director struggles to put on a play in Tehran, Iran. She’s written the play based on a real-life story of a young couple that were torn apart by social stigma. While she quests to tell this story to the public, she faces social barriers to her own artistic endeavors. Desperate to save what she’s worked for, she fights not to meet the same fate as the past generation in her play. |
