Inspired by traditional folklore, Kinnaq Nigaqtuqtuaq - The Snaring Madman is the story of a hungry Inuit cannibal who hunts a young woman through the streets of downtown Manhattan, as she, in turn, stalks her estranged lover. Unable to catch her, and deluded by hunger, the cannibal begins to eat himself. As his strength wanes and her mind deteriorates the woman and the cannibal are drawn into an unlikely union. |
